*Note that this short shifter will not fit the WRX if it came from the factory short shifter kit. You can tell if you have the factory short shifter installed by pulling down your factory shift boot and inspect the color of the lever. If it is gold zinc plated in color, then you have the short the STI option installed. If you have the dark gray lever, then you have the stock assembly.
